The Number of SOLD listings increased by 10% to 1183 properties with a top sale of $12 million at 3021 BAY SHORE RD in SARASOTA.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 3% to $684000 moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $374 per square foot.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply had no change with to 1 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 5.28% according to Bank Rate.com
