The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 20% to 3380 properties with a top sale of $12 million at 3021 BAY SHORE RD in SARASOTA.
The Average Sales Price increased by 12% to $696000 moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $371 per square foot.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply had no change with to 1 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate increased to 5.85% according to Bank Rate.com.
