The Number of SOLD listings increased by 15% to 13861 properties with a top sale of $16.5 million at 1900 CASEY KEY RD in NOKOMIS.
The Average Sales Price increased by 30% to $594000 moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $291 per square foot.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply decreased by 50% to 1 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate increased to 3.27% according to Bank Rate.com.
