The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 36% to 43 properties with a top sale of $1.096 million at 4 Ridgeview in Plymouth.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 4% to $603000 moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $338 per square foot.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply increased by 34% to 1.42 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 5.85% according to Bank Rate.com.
