According to Stellar MLS, the marketplace for Manatee residential properties, here’s what happened in January 2022 versus December 2021:
The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 32% to 583 properties with a top sale of $6.15 million at 103 PARK AVE in ANNA MARIA.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 4% to $552000 moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $297 per square foot.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply had no change with to 1 month worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate increased to 3.71% according to Bank Rate.com.
