The Number of SOLD listings increased by 3% to 37 properties with a top sale of $745 thousand at 700 Harvard Street in Fall River.
The Average Sales Price increased by 11% to $383000 moving the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $233 per square foot.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply increased by 26% to 1.2 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 5.42% according to Bank Rate.com.
