The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 27% to 61 properties with a top sale of $1.2 million at 501 Schooner Way #501 in Fall River.
The Average Sales Price had no change with to $591000 and the Price Per Square Foot had minimal change, averaging $332 per square foot.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply increased by 25% to 1.97 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 5.85% according to Bank Rate.com.
