Real Estate Market Update | Cape Cod | November 2021 Vs October 2021

Welcome to The Griffin Real Estate Market Update.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling residential real estate, it’s important to understand the current market trends.

According to Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors, the marketplace for Cape Cod residential properties here’s what happened in November 2021 versus October 2021:

The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 5% to 347 properties with a top sale of $12 million at 333-359 Seapuit Road in Osterville.

The Average Sales Price decreased by 19% to $881000 moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $634 per square foot.

The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply decreased by 17% to 2.12 months worth of properties for sale.

The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate had no change with to 3.24% according to Bank Rate.com.
