Real Estate Market Update | Plymouth | July 2022 Vs June 2022

Welcome to The Griffin Real Estate Market Update.

If you’re thinking about buying or selling residential real estate, it’s important to understand the current market trends. 

According to MLSPIN, the marketplace for Boston residential  properties here’s what happened in July 2022 versus June 2022: 

The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 36% to 43 properties with a top sale of $1.096 million at 4 Ridgeview in Plymouth. 

The Average Sales Price decreased by 4% to $603000 moving the  Average Price Per Square Foot up to $338 per square foot. 

The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply increased by 34% to 1.42 months worth of properties for sale. 

The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 5.85%  according to Bank Rate.com.
