Real Estate Market Update | Cape Cod | November 2024 Vs October 2024

According to Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors, the marketplace for Cape Cod residential properties, here’s what happened in October 2024 vs November 2024: 

The Number of SOLD listings decreased 8% to 257 properties with a top sale of $7.5 million at 13 Strandway in Harwich.

The Average Sales Price decreased 19% to $1 million and the Average Price Per Square Foot decreased by 6% to $535.

The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply decreased 13% to 3.59 months worth of properties for sale.

The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate increased by 1% to an average rate of 6.94% according to Bank Rate.com.
