The Number of SOLD listings increased by 9% to 273 properties with a top sale of $7.275 million at 500 Shore Road in Chatham.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 10% to $981000 moving the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $495 per square foot.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply increased by 5% to 2.87 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 5.28% according to Bank Rate.com.
