According to Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors, the marketplace for Cape Cod residential properties, here’s what happened in July 2024 vs August 2024
The Number of SOLD listings increased 6% to 252 properties with a top sale of $7.7 million at 200 N Bay Road in Barnstable.
The Average Sales Price decreased 17% to $1.01 million and the Average Price Per Square Foot decorated by 6% at $523.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply had no change of 4.13 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30-year fixed mortgage rate decreased by 6% to an average rate of 6.48% according to Bank Rate.com
