The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 15% to 4181 properties with a top sale of $19 million at 10,20,21 Scallop Path in Barnstable.
The Average Sales Price increased by 21% to $877000 moving the Average Price Per Square Foot up to $445 per square foot.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months
supply decreased by 11% to 1.2 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate increased to 3.27% according to Bank Rate.com.
