The Number of SOLD listings decreased by 24% to 823 properties with a top sale of $17.5 million at 1423 & 1435 HILLVIEW DR in SARASOTA.
The Average Sales Price decreased by 2% to $686000 moving the Average Price Per Square Foot down to $358 per square foot.
The inventory of properties available for sale as measured in months supply had no change with to 2 months worth of properties for sale.
The average 30 year fixed mortgage rate decreased to 5.59% according to Bank Rate.com.
